- →Daily drawdown limit triggers automatic trading halt

Data & Privacy
Data Collection
We collect only essential data: account information, API credentials (encrypted), and trading activity. No personal data is shared with third parties.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Data Retention
Trade history and performance data are retained indefinitely for audit and compliance purposes. Account deletion is permanent.
Users may request data export at any time.
Terms of Service
Prohibited Activities
- • Unauthorized access or attempts to compromise platform security
- • Use of platform for illegal activities or market manipulation
- • Sharing credentials or account access with unauthorized parties
- • Attempting to reverse-engineer trading algorithms
- • DoS attacks or any malicious network activity
Liability Limitations
- • Platform is provided "as-is" without warranty of profitability
- • We are not liable for market losses or execution failures
- • Users assume all risk associated with trading decisions
- • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in last 30 days
Modifications & Uptime
- • Platform features may change without notice
- • We do not guarantee a specific uptime SLA; see system status for current health
- • Maintenance windows may temporarily disable trading
- • Emergency updates may be deployed immediately for security
These operational policies are subject to change at any time. Users will be notified of significant policy changes via email and on-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after policy changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
